Australia wide DHL express shipping flat rate $40. Your order will be shipped within two business days of purchase. Pick up is currently only available for pieces in the Becker Minty Eaylia Collection.

We offer complimentary DHL express shipping on all jewellery purchases over $1,000 AUD. All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch. All orders require a signature upon delivery. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully.

International shipping currently available for NZ, UK, USA, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Orders over $2,000 are eligible for free shipping. Orders under the value of $2,000 AUD are subject to a $40 AUD shipping fee.

Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

· The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia

· Duties charged for processing by your country

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon the arrival of your parcel, Art Haus Collections, being an Australian company, has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable by the receiver. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns.

Faulty Items
If a faulty item is received, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange return. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we can offer to repair the item or we will issue a full refund if we cannot repair or replace the item.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Art Haus. Please be sure to inspect the item immediately upon delivery, and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues. If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, make sure to note the specific areas of damage, and keep or take photos of the original packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. Let us know there’s an issue as soon as you receive the item, and depending on the extent of the damage, we’ll either work with you to have the item repaired and restored, or arrange for a return.

Purchasing Pre-loved / Sourced / Vintage Jewellery
Before proceeding with any purchase, please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our services and the acquisition of second-hand jewellery items. By engaging in a purchase, you indicate your understanding and agreement to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.

Description and Condition of Items
We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the our vintage and pre-loved jewellery items. However, please note that due to the nature of pre-loved-hand, vintage or estate items, there may be imperfections or wear consistent with prior use. We encourage you to carefully review the provided item descriptions, including photographs, to understand the condition and characteristics of the jewellery before making a purchase.

Authenticity and Certification
We make every effort to ensure the authenticity of the second-hand jewellery items we offer. Certain items may come with certificates of authenticity or gemstone certifications, if applicable. However, it is your responsibility to independently verify the authenticity and quality of the item if you have any concerns.
